What do parents or guardians need to know and request before engaging the services of a private tutor, trainer or teacher?
Parents or guardians need to ensure that the respective educator has a teaching qualification for example, post graduate certificate of education (PGCE) and a degree in his/her subject specialism, number of years of teaching experience in an education establishment and environment. As a precautionary measure, parents or guardians need to check whether the educator possess a valid enhanced disclosure and barring service certificate (DBS) and references provided by two professional referees and in addition proof of a valid photographic id for example passport or driving licence and two documents showing proof of address if you are inviting an educator into your home to provide home tuition for your children.

Do you provide your services to assist and support international students?
Yes. We provide our services to international students, especially those wanting to improve their skill set to gain placements with top-ranked international universities and for parents who are interested in the UK Schools National Curriculum. We are able to provide you with information, advise and guidance.
My English isn't particularly good - will I struggle to understand the teacher?
If you can make sense of what you're reading on this website, we are sure you'll be fine. Plus, our teachers are very patient and understanding, so they'll happily do everything they can to help you get the best from the learning experience.
Do you do private home tuition visits?
Yes, providing you are in our catchment areas of inner or central London, we should be able to arrange something. Just contact us to plan a schedule, we also provide online and group tutorials.
How big are the classroom sizes?
For our fully funded courses, there's usually between ten and twelve people for in-house classroom sessions. And online courses are a little lower at six to eight. We also conduct one to one online private tuition for private customers.

We have a pool of very talented educators, all with their own specialities. Get in touch with us and we might be able to work something out for you. It's always worth a try.
Do you provide accredited certificates or qualifications?
Yes. We are a BCS Approved Centre for testing and training and we provide BCS accredited qualifications, You will receive a award or a certificate if you complete a BCS ITQ course(s), which are recognised and desired by employers worldwide.
Will I be able to contact my teacher out of class hours if I have any questions?
Some teachers are happy to do this. Just politely ask when you attend your class and see what they say. Many of our teachers have multiple engagements so their time can often be very limited. So, don't take it personally if they are unable to help you out of usual hours.
Your private courses are much cheaper than some of your competitors - how come?
We genuinely want everyone to enjoy learning something that will be truly useful to them. Providing a good service, with skills that people want to learn, ensure that we can get the numbers we want. This in turn means that we can keep costs down. In short: our courses are 'low-cost' but not 'cheap'. We strive to provide high standards at all times.
Can I cancel a course?

Do you provide free courses for individuals who cannot afford to pay?
Yes we do. We provide fully funded course(s) at various levels and for various subjects, see our Fully Funded Courses page for further information.
Who can enrol on these free courses?
These fully funded courses are available to all UK citizens and UK residents who are granted UK residency status and who are aged 19 and over and living in Pan London areas and Greater London Authority areas.
What are the duration of these free courses?
The guided learning hours for these free course(s) are between 30 to 150 hours, and it usually take between 2 to 6 weeks to complete, and are conducted in the classroom and/or online.
How do I enrol on these free courses?
Funding is only available to those individuals who are claiming unemployment related benefits and those in employment earning under £21,157.50 subject to eligibility, see our Fully Funded Programmes page for further information.
Who will pay for my travel expenses to attend these free courses?
Your local job coach in your local job centre should be able to assist and support you with your travel expenses to attend these free courses and if they don't then your training provider will reimburse your travel expenses for attending these fully funded course(s) to improve your chances of securing employment, moving into apprenticeship or further education.
What other assistance and support will I receive if I enrol on these fully funded course(s)?
We provide information, advise, and guidance to customers who enrol on these fully funded course(s) to improve themselves and in addition we provide assistance and support to customers in their job search activities, cv writing, interview techniques, introducing or signposting your cv or job application to employers, and providing digital literacy skills to name a few.
Will I get my certificate(s) at the end of the course(s)?
Yes you will. Your certificate(s) will be posted to you by recorded delivery to the address you have provided us on your enrolment form, please allow 4 weeks for your certificate(s) to arrive.
Do you provide laptops or specialist equipment?
Yes. We provide a clean and bright modern classroom with internet access and the latest computer equipment.
What happens if I turn up late for a training course?
Hey, it happens. We'll do everything we can to get you up to speed.
